TITLE SINGLE-ENTRY APPROACH (SENA)

To ensure speedy, impartial, inexpensive and accessible settlement


OBJECTIVE procedure of all labor issues or conflicts to prevent them from ripening into
full blown disputes.
This procedure covers assistance from filling up to settlement of complaints
