    TITLE SINGLE-ENTRY APPROACH (SENA)

    To ensure speedy, impartial, inexpensive and accessible settlement


    OBJECTIVE procedure of all labor issues or conflicts to prevent them from ripening into
    full blown disputes.
    This procedure covers assistance from filling up to settlement of complaints
    SCOPE
    and submission of reports.

    Activity Persons Responsible/Activity Details/Interface/References

    1. SEADO record/dockets the Request for Assistance (RFA).


    1. Filing of Request For
    Assistance (RFAs) 2. SEADO notifies both parties through Notice of Conference.

    3. SEADO conducts conference and identifies areas of


    disagreement, clarifies and focuses on the issues and encourages
    2. Schedule/send Notice of procedural and substantive stipulations, exert best efforts to effect
    Conference voluntary settlement.

    4. If settled, RFA is closed and the SEADO prepares report to RO. If


    not, SEADO advices the parties and prepares Referral to the
    3. Conduct of Conference appropriate DOLE Office. (Referral to NLRC in cases where there
    is no EER and Referral to RO for the conduct of Compliance Visit
    for those with EER.)

    5. SEADO prepares monthly report to RO-TSSD for consolidation.

    Requesting Party  Refers to a person/entity who initiates a lawsuit by filing a
    complaint.
