events for all the channels after system wakes up from hibernation and sleep. Root
cause: When reinitializing the controller we power down all the ports, if the port
is not a PM we delete the drive object, causing the disconnect event. We delete
the drive, because we are forced to create a temp drive for queueing purposes, if a
drive already exists we get that drive back. Fix: Previously we were checking if
the reset flag was set for the port, which we do we resetting for a media error,
and if the flag is set we don't delete the drive. Now instead check if the
PM_MASTER flag is set. Since we have concluded that the port is not a PM, if the
flag is set we can safely determine that the drive object should not be associated
with any actual drive on the port.
4. TT1279 : Allow the same disk to be a spare for Multiple Arrays

delete drives if the controller reset flag is set(which it is when coming out of
hibernate)
