2. Collect the sample & check the bulletin paper layout

3. M/C summary provides the maintenance.

4. Check the process for wish operators.

5. Line Feeding time.

6. Any process out of the bulletin contact the bulletin maker or senior.

7. Running layout.

8. Capacity study. (  3 day)

Work Study: Work study is the process that mainly concerns the critical examinations of human work.

Work Study Goal:

1. To eliminate wastes of time & labor.

2. To have more utilization of materials, machine & man.

3. To reduce fatigue & boredom of work by avoiding unnecessary movement.

4. TO find the best way of doing a job.

5. To train the individual operator & practice as per a standardized method.

6. To improve the layout design.

Importance of work Study:

1. Direct means of rising productivity.

2. Use the most accurate method until providing a sound basis production, planning, control &
incentive.
3. It is the most important tool of analysis.

Work Study has mainly two parts

1. Work methodology.

2. Work measurement.

Work Methodology: Method study is the systematic recording critical examination of the way of doing
things in order to make Improvement.

Work Study Importance or Steps of work Study:

1. Simplify the task.

2. Combine of re-arrangement activities

3. Eliminate unnecessary motion

4. Engineering the operation.

5. Reduce the inherent work content.
