How to answer Interview Question

Please describe about yourself (max. 100 characters)

I'm graduated student that really like to meet and work with lots of different people, attention to
details, highly organized and open minded about what will work best.

Please describe about innovation/creativity improvement you have made in

previous organization?
Honestly, in my organization, maybe there was something I could have done better in my last job there,
but there were no big consequences that really came to mind. We have had some event cancellations as
a result of the difficulty of obtaining a budget, but in the end, it only taught us to be better prepared to
face anything especially looking for event sponsors.

Please share your most difficult problem/situation and how did you solve it ?
In my recent internship, I was given a technical problem that no one internally had yet been able to
solve. It had to do with a performance issue on our project which was negatively affecting the external
user experience. I was able to effectively not only solve the problem, but also developed a way to track
and measure the system performance in the future so that we would know before the external users
when a performance issue like that came up again. Here is what I did when I was approached with a
request to resolve the problem

I am a fresher and I want to get a platform where I can show my skills and knowledge and I heard many
goods things about this company like it help your employees in enhancing their skills and knowledge
and improve their personality so I feel that this company can give me a platform where I improve my
personality as well as knowledge.

What is your goal and life purpose ?

I have two goals in my life. First, my primary term goal is enhance my skills and knowledge. Long term
goal is to be a good asset to the company and I would be to excel in the field I am working in.
