The business I have choose is Costco I have a relative that works there. Costco is a
Retell business its a place where you can can find all your goods. Costco Wholesale
Corporation has a number of key corporate social responsibility programs that successfully
address the interests of its stakeholders. The company adds new policies and programs over time,
especially for improving its CSR performance concerning its supply chain and sustainability.
Describe Costco's operation in terms of the "three key parts to any
operation"

Costcos input - Costco continues to provide its customers with quality food and services at the lowest possible
prices, Costco always takes care of their employes

Output - Costco is all out to do the best for a lifetime reputation of a company who’s impacts and services make a
difference in all sectors

Processes - Costco have launched same day delivery across Canada to make it easy for customers
What productivity improvements have been made since the business
began?
Costco have played an important Role in meeting members needs especially those Like Forward

strategy, which involves giving discounts to help customers save money. In Costco’s case, the discounts are achieved through
bulk or wholesale purchases.
