pending before the Regional Trial Court of Pasay Branch 119, we would like to request
certified true copies of following Pasay properties under TCT Nos. 3246 and 108110.

We are authorizing MR. JESUS P. CAÑADA, our liaison officer, to procure the
said titles and to sign documents and perform other acts in connection with this request.
