OVERALL ASSESSMENT.

 It is good that your answers were brief, concise, and direct to the
point. You were able to present and defend your answer with
conviction and legal basis. You should aim to present an answer
similar to this approach for every bar exam question. Maintain this
way of presenting your answer.

 In case-type questions, limit your answer to at least 1 and at most 3

paragraphs only. In some of your answers, you should have
presented your answer in three (3) or four (4) paragraphs. To
distinguish one paragraph from another, you should leave one (1)
space between paragraphs. Your first paragraph should state directly
your conclusive answer that would indicate in a categorical manner,
the substance of your answer. Second paragraph must consist of the
legal basis. You may cite the specific law that is applicable or a
jurisprudence in support to your answer. Thereafter, apply the law in
the given set of facts. At the end of your answer, your third paragraph
must be a concluding statement that should re-state the earlier first-
line conclusive answer that you have stated.

 As to your handwriting, there are some words which were difficult to

decipher. A way to improve this would be to make your strokes
clearer and wider. To make your handwriting “readable”, you
should write the letters and words larger than the usual size.
Always assume that the examiner reading your answers have already
read thousands of examination booklets before your booklet and that
his eyes are already over-strained.

 I must commend you for not having any erasures in some of your
answers. Please remember that it is best to avoid erasures as this
affects the neatness of your work and prevent you from getting
perfect credit for your answer. To avoid erasures, what you should do
is before writing your answer, you should first form in your mind how
you will present it. Construct your sentence in your head before
writing it down.
