PALASAN

OVERALL ASSESSMENT

 Your penmanship is generally readable. Please maintain this

way of writing your answers. However, you should write the
letter and words a little bit smaller because if you write the
letters and words larger than the usual and acceptable size,
you may end up consuming 2 or 3 pages of your booklet for
every question. Always assume that the examiner reading your
answers have already read thousands of examination booklets
before your booklet and that his eyes are already over-strained.

 Likewise, there are some words which were difficult to decipher.

A way to improve this would be to make your strokes
clearer and wider.

 Be consistent with your margins. Try your best to align your

answers on the right-hand page of the paper so that your
booklet will have a neat and very organized appearance. The
examiner will then have an easier way of appreciating your
answers. Don’t forget the rule on margin.

 Always review your answer before proceeding to the next item.

By doing this, you will be able to review your answer by
checking if you misspelled a word or words or you committed a
grammatical error.

 Lastly, it is good that your answer was brief, concise, and direct
to the point. You were able to present and defend your answer
with conviction and legal basis. You should aim to present an
answer similar to this approach for every bar exam question.
Maintain this way of presenting your answer.
