The WLL in tension is governed by the strength of the concrete at time of loading. The WLL's in tension stated below are based on a concrete strength of 21mPa, WLL in tension: M20 x120mm Anchor Screw (HTX20120) WLL = 30kN M20 x200mm Anchor Serew (HTX20200) WLL = 43kN M24 x200mm Anchor Serew (HTX24200) WL = 43kN M24 x280mm Anchor Screw (HTX24280) WLL = 80kN ‘The WLL in shear is generally dictated by the shear strength of the bolt that is used. It is, recommended that the minimum strength bolt that is used is G8.8. Bolt length to be assessed to ensure maximum thread engagement in Anchor Screws. Note: M24 x5Smam G8.8 bolts shall be used with the $/SM Wall Shear Bracket SSALO175 Refer TDO2I - Climbing Formwork ‘The client shall ensure that the surrounding concrete is capable of safely withstanding all loads. Whilst we do not recommend it, Anchor Screws may be withdrawn and reinserted into the same hole, Itis essential that these holes are clean to minimise any lack of fit that may occur. The capacity of the Anchor Screw is not compromised in this situation, Anchor Screws should always be coated with a suitable release agent or grease to facilitate their release. ‘This information conlorms to AS3610 NID reserves the right to change this information.
