Artifact 1.

Reflective Feedback is being discussed with some of my colleagues.

The goal of the said discussions is to reorient my colleagues to assist the learner in improving their
knowledge, skills, attitudes or behaviors relevant to learners performance.

The feedback process should offer the learner an opportunity to reflect on performance and the
learning process. Feedback must contain information upon which the learner can act to improve
performance and should be constructive compliment/corrective comments.
