    AUDIT JUNE 22-06-21 & 23-06-21

    Audit 22-06-21
    Workshop-Winding wire tag missing.
    Workshop-Replace winding wire cabinet tag with Motor winding cabinet.
    Power House-Existence of bird droppings in Power House.
    Power House-Random oil drum found outside Power House.
    SNG Area- Water drainage hole open. (MWR Raised)
    SNG Area- Paint require over compressor duct. (MWR Raised)

    AUDIT 23-06-21
    Refractometer calibration was expired in master list. (Equipment was not
    being use in area, so removed the equipment from list after informing
    QA head)
    In MWR. QA section was unfilled. (Document Re-checked)
    Preventative maintenance date was missing on document. (Document
    Re-checked)
    Rework scale was used with expiry tag. (Rework scale was brought in
    electrical workshop for repairing. They took the repaired scale without
    checking its tag and started using it. Their weighing scale was
    repaired and they were informed many times on next day to take it
    back).
