START OF REGULAR CLASSES

 Classes for Fall 2020 will commence from September 14, 2020 for first, second, and final
semester students (7th semester for engineering, and 9th semester for Pharmacy) in
undergraduate programs and for all MS/PhD programs in Graduate Programs subject
to provision of Health Declaration Form and Affidavit on A4 paper. Submit it in your
DOO Offices. Detailed guidelines and SoPs against COVID-19 are available at this link.
The students of rest of the semesters will resume their online classes on MS Teams as per
timetable, until next decision is reached.

 Basic SoPs for everyone on campus:

o Wear Masks outside and inside classrooms

o Temperature and student IDs will be checked at entry,
o Maintain social distancing
o Stay at home if you are having symptoms like fever, sore throat, and difficulty
breathing

COURSE REGISTRATION & FEE DEPOSIT

Courses will not be registered unless the fee is deposited for the Fall 2020 semester.
Students interested in depositing 60% of fee as first installment should fill this form and
bring for signatures in room 105 of administration block. For additional queries call Mr

CAMPUS HOSTELITES:
The students interested in availing the on-campus hostel facility must come with a valid
COVID-19 test result obtained in last 72 hours. For hostel related queries write to

CAMPUS TRANSPORT:

 Campus buses will run within city as per seating capacity based on SoPs. The students
from Haripur, Mansehra and Havelian already availing the facility previously, will be
preferred. Fresh applicants may contact transport office.

 Please make sure you have your student ID cards with you when you enter campus.
