2.0 Administration:
Asst Project Manager/Team Leads/ H.R. – for Short listing, recruitment,
Selection & Placement of Jr. Cad Engineers and Trainees in Production Dept.
3.1 This policy deals with recruitment, selection and placement. All
recruitment shall be initiated processed only through H.R. This is a
critical process as the quality of manpower determines the
competency of the entire organization. This policy would aim to
provide a plat form for uniformity and quality of manpower.
3.3 In case of new position, the search brief / profile to be made as per
the
following data.
3.5 In case of non available in Data bank, job search is given in leading
job
portals.
3.6 Shortlist the applicants and schedule the interview.
3.6.1 Issue the interview call letter / Mail (as per Attachment-6.3)
and intimate the candidate.
3.6.2 In case the of a non-local candidate, a telephonic interview
need to be arranged.
3.6.3 Welcome the candidate and give the Employee Application
Form (as per Attachment-6.4).
4.0 Interviews are conducted as per the schedule and the rating are
finalized as per the format in Attachment 6.5
4.1 The candidates are short listed for the posts. Reference checks
are made through (as per Attachment-6.6). This reference checks
are to
be conducted only for level VI to VIII.
4.2. Offer letter is issued indicating terms of joining (Attachment
6.7).Upon
the communication of acceptance of offer of appointment issue
Appointment Letter is issued (Attachment 6.8).
4.3. All the documents and testimonials submitted by candidate
are checked for authenticity. Following are the list of documents
to be
collected at the time of joining.
4.3.1 Experience certificate and relieving letter from previous
employer.
4.3.2 Salary Certificate /form 16 / Copy of pay slip.
4.3.3 All photocopies of certificates from X class onwards.
4.3.4 Five Passport size Photo graphs.
4.4. Complete the joining formalities of the person join the company
like filling up of the following forms.
4.4.1. Employee Data Form.
4.4.2. Provident Fund Nomination Form.
4.4.3. Application for opening bank account.
4.4.4. Apex Intellectual Property
4.4.5. Collecting the 5 passport size photographs.
4.4.6. Application of Insurance details form
4.4.7. Social Security Number form
4.5 Conduct a 1-day induction on joining and ensure inclusion of ISO.
5.0 Walk-in- Interview: On any day any one can walk in to the
company, and preliminary interview is conducted. This will add to the
application data bank. If found suitable the candidate will be recruited
as per the policy.
