Duration & Timelines
The 18 month EPGDM program begins in Sep 2021 and ends in Feb 2023.
The indicative time period for each term are as follows:
* Term 1: Core Courses : Sep 2021 - Nov 2021 (Program starts with one week physical classroom sessions subject to Covid guidelines of Government)
* Term 2: Core Courses : Dec 2021 - Feb 2022
* Term 3: Core Courses : Mar 2022 - May 2022
* Physical Classroom Sessions: Jun 2022, one week
* Term 4: Core & Specialization Courses : Jun 2022 - Aug 2022
* Term 5: Core & Specialization Courses : Sep 2022 - Dec 2022
* Term 6: Final Project : Jun 2023 - Feb 2023

Delivery of Course & Classes

The entire 18 month EPGDM course is divided across 25 core and specializations courses of 3 credits each and the
final term will have a project course equal to 6 credits. Each credit is equal to 10 hours of engagement.
The entire course will be delivered in hybrid mode consisting of:
• Online classes (synchronous-live teaching) about - 40% to 50% classes to be held
on Friday (2 hrs) - Saturday (3 hrs) & Sunday (3 hrs)
• Online classes (asynchronous - prerecorded video lectures) - 40% to 50%
• Offline classes physically on campus (Optional) - 8% to 10%

Eligibility Criteria
EPGDM at Taxila is an 18 months program approved by AICTE. The program is meant for academicians and
executives having a full-time work experience of more than 2 years.

Candidates looking for admission must have minimum 50% marks in graduation (General category) or 45%
(Reserved category) as per AICTE norms.
Selection Process
Stage 1: Academic and Work Experience Profile - 50%
Stage 2: Personal Interview & Statement of Purpose - 20%. This will include evaluation of spoken & written
communication skills.
Stage 3: Video/ In-person Final Interview round - 30% Suitable weight age will also be given for excellence in sports
and performing arts and gender diversity.

Independent final projects allow the EPGDM students
to partner with a business organization on a real-time
challenge of strategic importance. Students are
advised by a faculty member and receive academic
credits for their final analysis and report. This project
course will be equivalent to 6 credits.

1. Scholarship and fee rebates ranging from 50% to 90% are available to all candidates applying for
EPGDM batch 2021-23. (The exact percentage will be at the discretion of Director General, Taxila
Business School and will be based on academic merit, quality of work experience and interview
Performance.)

3. Scholarships & rebates are on the academic fees of RS. 120000 paid in a single instalment.

4. The cost of travel, lodging & boarding for the optional two weeks visit to campus or physical
classes will be borne by the candidate. Regular Lunch & Tea-Snacks would be provided at the
institute between classes during the day.
