Divination, it’s a way to predict the future. In general speaking, people couldn’t
know what will happen in the future, but ironically, there are many ways to predict
the future, at least some people believe it. Even though it didn’t work I in my own
experience, I still believe it, because I think if something can pass on generation to
generation, there is a reason for it. As far as I know, there is a classic book named 易
經 in Chinese culture, it record some special ways to divine; the tarot in the western
culture is the similar thing. There are so many evidences to prove divination is exist,
maybe they are not working or not be believe in the modern life, the wisdoms from
our ancestor shouldn’t be denied or obliterate.
When people face some problems in their life, going to divination may be a choice
for them. When I was young, I went to fortune telling, the fortune teller told me the
person that I will be, and the job I will get…etc. Then, I look back to that now,
somethings are wrong, somethings are right, I couldn’t say that fortune telling is
absolutely efficacious, but it can be a good advice or guideline.
People like to believe something not scientific, for example: religion, constellation,
divination is the same concept as those two. Divination helps people understand
themselves with another angle. Therefore, if you believe divination, it can be the
spirit foods and give you feedback when you are managing the ebb and flow in your
life. Although Someone believe divination, someone does not, it is a necessary thing
in the human society.
