Hidayatullah National Law University No. HNLU/Reg./235. 53/2021 Date: 31/03/2021 NOTE REGARDING DEGREE CERTIFICATES/ GOLD MEDALS and REFUNDS OF SECURITY DEPOSITS, This is to inform that after successful completion of 4" Convocation on 10/01/2021. total 561 students have received their degrees and 22 students have received their gold medals. The University has also transferred 773 student’s caution money to their bank accounts. ‘The University is also in the process of sending and transferring the amount to the graduated students who have not provided the information to the University. The University will process the same in the following manner: 1. The degree certificates of those who graduated on January 10th 2021 Convocation is being dispatched by Speed Post with acknowledgement due for those who have sent us the correct postal address. The certificates will be posted by every Friday after collecting the addresses in that particular week 2. The students having security deposits pending to send the correct bank details for fund transfer and the same will be done on or before 10th of every month for those data received in the previous month. 3. The Gold medals are not accepted by the courier companies. Efforts are taken now to send it by post with insurance. The postal cost and insurance will be borne by the gold medalists. The modalities of such payments will be sent shortly. Those who have anyone to collect them can do so by prior intimation to the Registrar's mail confirmation and then visit to collect it.
