Tell me about yourself:

Well, essentially my life has gone on 2 tracks, sales and office domain. As a sales consultant I realisez sales isn’t for
me. In the office part I gained almost 4 and a half years experience on a very large territory, whih I can bring to this
position. In the last 2 years I had a lot of opportunities to work together with lawyers, accountants, financial consultants,
directors,… I even worked together with the executive director of the UNIQA Softrware Service GmbH, on Vienna, because
for 2 months I had to substitute his assistant. Also here in Romania when we opened a new subsidiary, in Bucharest, had
to work strongly together with the companies lawyer, because in took a part in this project and I was in the team that was
responsible for the legal part. Our teamwork in this project was great.

When I got this company I was hired as the team leader in the administration, there were 5 persons that I had to
supervise, and I was responsible for them.

I am easy to get along with. I’m very confortable, I can easily stand up in front of people presenting information to
them.

I can recruit people, I recruited all our employees in one of our departments.

Why do you want to work here?

Well one of the reasons I hose your company is because of its size, and because it has an international
environment.

On the other hand the fact that I have worked as an assistant for many years, made me think that I am prepared
for the next step in my career. Especially this job I have in the present prepared me for this next step, and I think the
position offered by your company, this office manager position has a lot to offer me, and it could be the opportunity I’m
looking for. It would be a challenge, I don’t deny that, but I can face it, I’m prepared for this (I’m up to the task for this). I
really think that with my experience plus who I am as a person really makes me a good fit for this position.

Great achievement:

I am most proud of the fact that I finished my studies while working. Most of my colleagues let go of their studies.
I think that I got through it because of my determination. I think that positive attitude carried me through, and will carry
me through in the future also.

Biggest failure:

My biggest failure is that I don’t have my bachelor degree yet, and I felt and feel awful about it. But I will give my
exams next year.

A weakness:

Well although I enjoy working in a team, sometimes I can be more of a task person. I can get really focused on a
task, without even realizing it.
In the past I had some trouble with my time management, but I worked on it, and now I always have a to-do list
which never lets me down.

Stress: - it makes me more productive and motivates me to get my job done.

How would you gain respect as a new employee?

When starting a new position I think it’s best to listen closely and observe well. I would ask a lot of questions, I
would be proactive in my own learning process. I would make the effort to meet as much people as possible, so that I can
get a fair sense of the company as a whole.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

I’m planning to earn a diploma in the management field, so in 5 years hopefully I will have this diploma. I see
myself in an upper management position in a large corporation. Plus I hope I will be in a very good department and having
a good time with my co-workers.

Salary: that reflects my experience.

Questions:

1. What task should be done in this position? In what time frame? Which one is the most important from them?
2. Does the company provide trainings?
3. I would like to know about the level of authority: what would be my responsibilities? can I act on my own?
Who would be my boss? Would I have subordonants? Is the management collaborative?
4. Why is this position unoccupied?
5. How will I be evaluated?
6. Now having all this said, do You think I would fit for this position?
7. Benefits, travel time, any type of overtime?

Other: - Yes, I have already been on a second interview at a company. I just want to explore all my options.
