judicial decisions.

QUESTION 2:

Conduct in depth research on the following two cases:

i. Williams v Roffey Bros & Nicholls (Contractors) Ltd [1991]

ii. Carlill v Carbolic Smoke Ball Co [1893]

You are required to write the following as part of your case study report:

 Case Summary (Factual scenario)

 Legal aspects discussed
 Judgment passed
 Implication of the Judgment on the law of contract

The report must be not more than 6 pages of WORD DOCUMENT. Each case report 2 pages.
Case must be analyzed and written in own words. AVOID COPYING FROM EACH OTHER.
