In the state of São Paulo, the Chamber of Campos do Jordão announced the holding of
a new Public Tender whose objective is to admit professionals who have primary,
secondary and higher education.

In all, nine vacancies will be filled, in addition to the formation of reserve

registration distributed among the positions of General Services Agent; Butler;
Doorman (2); Caretaker; Administrative Assistant (2); Plenary Assistant; Telephone
receptionist (3); Computer Technician; Communication Assistant (1); Accountant (1)
and Legal Attorney.

To compete for one of the opportunities, candidates must prove the education
required for the desired function at elementary, secondary/technical and higher
levels, as well as be actively registered in the respective class council when
requested, among other requirements contained in the notice.

The professionals admitted, will perform functions with a workload of 20 to 40

hours per week and will have salaries of R$ 1,233.94 to R$ 4,442.99 per month, in
addition to a monthly basic food basket of R$ 600.00.

Procedures for participation

To participate, interested parties must register between July 13, 2021 and 23:59 on
August 30, 2021, exclusively via the Internet through GL Consultoria's website. It
is noteworthy that the payment of the registration fee is in the amount of R$ 11.00
to R$ 15.00, which must be made by August 31, 2021.

As a form of selection, candidates will be evaluated through an objective test,

scheduled to be held on November 14, 2021, in addition to a title evaluation. That
said, the syllabus of the selection will consist of Portuguese language,
mathematics, general knowledge, specific and specific legislation.

The validity period of this Public Tender will be two years, counted from the
approval of the final result, with the possibility of extension for an equal
period.
