Milk flan

ingredients.

 liquid milk
 wisky                        condensed milk
 lemon                      vanilla
 five eggs                  sugar

First, we steam a pot of water over medium heat. Then in a pan we put water with
sugar and mix until forming a caramel. Secondly, we wait for it to cool down and we
mix the liquid milk, the whiskey, the lemon, the eggs, the condensed milk and the
vanilla in the blender until a homogeneous mixture is formed. Next, we place the
mixture on the caramel and cover the pot with aluminum foil, finally, we cook the milk
flan for an hour and a half in the bath maria over low heat, and then we place it in the
refrigerator for an hour and then we eat to taste.
