RETROACTIVE SUBMISSION OF COURSE FORMS AND RELATED

DOCUMENTS FOR SIGNING

It should be noted that registration is incomplete until all registration documents

have been fully endorsed and filed in the Department.

In view of the above, all documents with respect to any semester requiring signature
from the Department should be submitted before the commencement of the
Examinations or latest during the semester examinations.

Strict adherence to the notice is therefore required from all students otherwise your
results will not be keyed into the portal when it is available.
