A new output type is created for automated OA.

Existing Output Type = ZJO1, Copy ZJO1 and Created New Output Type = ZJO5

Application = V1

Create a new driver program and smartform, either copying the existing one or starting from scratch.

New Program assign to New Output Type

New Output Type assignment to the Output Procedure

Procedure = V10000

Step = 591 (give the step which is available)

Email Notification should be sent to customer after sales order is booked.

1. Email Notification will be triggered to customer email id after the sales order is booked.
This will happen automatically.
2. Same output type ZJO1 need to be used. New output type not required.
3. Currently user sending manually OA with downloading the PDF and want to continue
the same with output type ZJO1.
Automatic email trigger with the Output type ZJO1 to mail id mentioned in sales order SP partner
function address data

To get email id : Pass Sales document number VBELN to VBPA- VBELN & if PARVW = SP then pick the
kunnr against it , pick the ADRNR(Address no against it) and pass it to ADR6 – ADDRNUMBER and pick
SMTP_ADDR.
