In the last class we were talking about hospitality and catering.
In the UK we have thousands of hospitality leisure establishments and also
in America are a lot of those. The restaurant industry is the largest in
terms of jobs, employing half 1 million of people. This word is so
important that there is a career with the name hospitality.
Some famous International restaurants are McDonald’s, Burger King,
Starbucks, KFC, Pizza Hot, etc.

We also have comercial sectors that includes any business where the sale
or food an need acomoda tío no is the main source of income and service
sector that provides food and drink service within other organizations
whose main focus is not hospitality.
Also have catering service sectors that include hotels restaurants pubs and
clubs. Some companies like McDonald’s operate at national level. Contract
Catering companies are found in school s,colleges, hospitals, prisons, and
many other types of business.

There are 4 colors that have definitions in hospitality:

Yellow: Hospitality is the relationship between guess and host, or

the act or practice of being hospitable.
Hospitality can also mean generously providing care and kindness to
whoever is in need.

Green: The hospitality industry consist of broad category of feels

within the service industry that includes lodging, restaurants, event
planning, theme parks, transportation, cruise line, and additional
files within the tourism industry.

Purple: Catering is the business of providing foodservice at a

remote site or a site like a hotel Public House and order various
locations.

Blue: Event ranges from box-lunch drop-off to full-service catering.

Caterers and their staff are part of the food-service industry.

We also saw a glossary of Hotels and Catering for tourism like buffet,
meal, refill, coffee, eggs over easy, gratuity, brunch, voucher, customer,
pancakes, toast, bagel, continental breakfast, scrambled eggs, juice,
reward, with the definition and a sentence.
