CESC GUIDE QUESTIONS

Name: BORLA, ALEONNA JANE R. Section: 12-05-HSS

1. What do you see as an obstacle in the implementation of your community

engagement activities?

One thing I am certain that is going to be the main problem of our

community project is the fact that we are not sure with how many people are
willing to participate in the soft opening of our project thus we cannot assume
the estimated budget to set for the people’s safety and incentives. We want to
be as accurate as possible and avoid having “extras” or producing “more than”
what we currently have because we want to maximize both our funds and
resources as much as possible.

2. Identify problems you will encounter as many as possible.

Other than what I mentioned earlier, the project’s consistency is what I am

most worried about. I worry that the people of the community lose hope
because they set non-realistic expectations with the results thus giving them
doubt, disappoint, and backlogs when said expectations is not met.

3. Provide possible remedies or solution that will help the group to proceed
in the implementation.

If there’s anything I learned with the amount of leadership trainings and

social exposure I had in my life is that: progress and prize keeps the man
motivated. The said community project shall impose prizes for each activity
promoted that the people can look forward in working hard for. Hosts of the
community project should also give them frequent updates regarding with the
progress of their works and how this progress contributes change in their
community and a bigger prize to share for one another.
