Thus, the possible incidence of disaster or ‘any catastrophic event, such as fire, earthquake, flood etc. cannot at all be under estimated. For this reason, emergencyidisaster preparedness should be of utmost importance in any organization in order to preclude and/or mitigate the impact of such disaster. Hence, to achieve this objective, Management has deemed it necessary to constitute the Disaster Response Team (ORT) that would effectively lead andlor guide employees during such eventualiies and ‘carry out or be responsible for the use of first-hand measures aimed at preventing or lessening their eextentleffects and to aver further injuries upon the victims, if any, during a life-threatening situation andlor ‘occurrence of the afore-mentioned fortuitous event. In this connection, the following officers and employees are hereby designated as members of the TCWD PrimeWater- Tarlac City's Disaster Response Team (DRT), effective immediately.
