Sir,
Reference my previous letters and personal meetings with CCB officials regarding above
subject, may I please bring to your kind attention that the plaza building could not be used/put
on rent due to no electricity provided for a long time (no Electric Transformer was installed). It
has now been installed by me and the reimbursement claim for the charges has been
submitted. WAPDA at first provided only a single and then a three phase meter to start the
work. I had started working on several construction issues which have already been brought to
the notice of the CCB.
The Plaza Building is situated in an isolated area and not part of main commercial market.
Therefore, we have faced many difficulties in making successful commercial use of the Plaza.
Furthermore, the ongoing pandemic situation has created more problems and obstacles which
have adversely affected the financial position.
At this stage I would like to request for the necessary permission and approval to put up the
Plaza Units for rent so that the building can be made fully operational. This will allow me to
hopefully aim for a better return on my foreign investment. Moreover, because of the small
sizes of the shops, the potential renter parties are not showing a lot of interest unless the
indoor single brick walls between the units are removed to make the sufficient place. Approval
for removal of the walls is also requested, and may I also indulge your consideration in
providing reimbursement for the costs bore for the wall removal.
