In our study curriculum its mostly based on theory hence we don’t realty get that much of
practical experience or skills.
2. Problem: Industry want readymade talent or worker. While an industry can play a vital role for
making leaders and skillful employers. But they are hiring eligible person from abroad to fulfill
their goals instead of making one in own country.
Industry should open options for students to gain experience while studying.
3. Putting obstacles in freelancing work.
Problem:
One: Population: In Bangladesh there are almost 18cr+ people living in just
55,598km. Its one of the most populated country in the world. I have found that
almost 3-4 people are fighting for a single job hence the unemployment rate is so
high.
Two: The development of industry sector is pretty low. We can engage only
limited people there.
Three: Most of the people are relying on agriculture while there is shortage of
cultivable lands here in Bangladesh.
Four: Educational systems are mostly theoretical rather than practical
Five: seasonal unemployment occurs in some types of work. ln some industries,
production is done only in a certain part of the year.
Solution:
1. Changes in educational system.
2. Establishment of cottage industry, handloom industry and Vocational
training centers
3. Govt need to take initiatives to industrialize the country and private sector
investors are need to be encouraged.
4. Vocational centers to be established for people who are unemployed. And if
possible some allowance to be granted to those unemployed people to keep
them taking the trainings and earning is important for them and their family
as well.
