How the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way people


deal with their mental health.
In this COVID-19 pandemic, people become more aware of their
mental health by seeking online therapy to get an appointment and
deal with their anxiety on the spot. More time at home gives people
a chance to keep in touch with the loved ones and practice self-care
by doing everything they like, such as doing the outdoor activity and
spending time with nature to prevent distress. Advocate for those
someone else would not acknowledge as worthy of support and
break down mental health stigma through social media. Positive
steps should be taken to help those with mental health and get a
happy life.
