A. REPORT SUBMISSION AND PRESENTATION DATES • DATE OF REPORT SUBMISSION: JUNE 27, 2020 • DATE OF PRESENTATION: JUNE 27 & JULY 04, 2020
B. FORMATTING GUIDELINES FOR REPORT
• Each report should be submitted in soft copy in PDF format. • Size of the paper: A4 • Report should include the following sections o Prefatory part (Cover, Title page, Letter of Transmittal, Table of contents, List of figures (if applicable), Executive summary). o Introduction (Background, Statement of Purpose, Significance and Scope, Data and Methods). o Findings and Discussion o Recommendation o Conclusion o References o Appendix (if applicable) • Reference must follow APA format. • Font Preference: Times New Roman (Report Body, Section Headings: 11)/Tahoma (Report Body, Section Headings: 11) • Alignment: Justified; Margin: 1.0 (right, top, bottom), 1.5 (left) • Line spacing: 1.0 (executive summary); 1.5 (report body)
C. GUIDELINE FOR PRESENTATION
• Presentation will follow group format: Every member of the group must present on the designated date. • Each group will be given a maximum of 20 minutes each. Every member must present for an equally distributed amount of time. • Dress code: Formal attire for men and women. • Presentation must be given on a MS Powerpoint format. • Use of audio/visual aids are optional. You can use audio/visual elements if relevant. • If you use references, proper citation must be followed (APA method of referencing). • A Q/A session will follow each presentation.
