Troubleshooting MM Process

If you see this screen, it means


that the computer is not Autopilot
enabled.

Proceed with entering your


Corteva email and setup will
continue but the screens will be
different from what is
documented.

The end result will be a


successfully setup computer.

If a user gets this error, they need


added to the SG-MM-ALL-USERS
security group. Request via
https://myaccess2.corteva.com
and the “Modern Management
Access” asset.

There was an issue installing an


application and a ticket with the
Service Desk needs created and
investigated with Microsoft.
