AGREEMENT

This loan has a minimum period of four months and maximum of twelve months, for the
payment plan. Habsa Zura has applied and she is intending to pay it back for not more than eight
months, by partial payment. Since the day she receives, there by her guarantor will be Tomas
Kanyagi, knight Apondi Okoth and Mary Otieno. The Guarantors has agreed to guarantee by
using their accounts deposits as the surety of the borrowed amount by attaining the required ratio
as stipulated in our terms and conditions.

In case if any guarantor will want to secure a loan they will have to form a mult-fixed group,
before the clients clears the loan. So that they can borrow accordingly, but if not then they will
need to wait until she clear the loan.
