‘Leadership Training Programme’

Last week, I attended a ‘Leadership Training Programme’ in Shah Alam. I learned a lot from
the programme and gained a lot of useful information about the leadership skills. The
program also helps me to improve my leadership skills. The speaker said that leadership
skills is very important in workplace.
One of the leaderships skills required for workplace success is discipline. A discipline leader
is important in a workplace as he or she is the person to follow for the employees. A
disciplined leader can manage the employees to achieve objectives in workplace. By having
a disciplined leader, all the tasks needed to be completed will be done within the allocated
time. A disciplined leader can motivate the employees for the tasks. This will create a greater
environment in workplace and make workplace more successful.
Besides that, a leader should also be respectful. Respecting another person will make them
respect you. When a leader is dealing with other employees, he or she should be respectful
to the employees. This will make the employees respect he or she and works can be done.
This will help in workplace success.
The ways for our company can help develop leadership skills among employees is to
organise a seminar on leadership for the employees to attend. This will help them know what
the basic leadership skills required in workplace. Employees will get a lot of information and
can apply it to work.
Also, the company should appoint different leader on different tasks. This will make the
employees have experience on being a leader. By doing this, the employees can learn form
he or she mistakes and help improve the leadership skill. This will make them develop their
leadership skills and improve the workplace success.
In conclusion, a leader is important in a workplace. A great leader will have a better
workplace success. Being a leader is not easy and required leadership skills. These skills
will get better with experience and help in workplace success.
