Let, you are the marketing manager of XYZ Company. Your company has decided to invest its
liquidity in a new business in Bangladesh. You are assigned as a project leader of this business.
Now it is your responsibility to launch a new product or service where there is a potential market
here in Bangladesh. Justify your new product/service investment considering the socio-economic
and other relevant macro environmental forces. Target your market on the bases of segmentation.
While introducing your new product you must consider the buyer’s decision making process so
that you can respond to the each step of this process. You will have to do the pricing, promotion
and distribution plans as well. While making your marketing plan for your new product, don’t
overlook the competitor(s).
