As for the IT systems you may need, first you can use Trello. It helps you
manage projects and workflow. It is simple and intuitive, and you can get
started in seconds by starting from a blank team board, or choosing
from hundreds of templates. It offers integration with many other third-
party platforms such as Google Drive and Dropbox.
For your company, Trello can be used for things such as tracking
problems in machines and equipment, and fixing them, managing tasks,
and even setting and reaching your goals.
It has a free plan, which offers most of the features, but with some
limitations such as 10 MB limit for attachments file size, 10 team boards
only, and only one third-party integration per board.
If you don’t want these limitations, you can choose the paid version,
which will cost you $10 per user per month.
G suite is useful for businesses, and it provides many features such as
business Gmail domain and business google services. With the business
plan for $12 a month per user, you will get all the great features
including unlimited google drive storage!
As for websites, it is important to have a website, and I recommend
using WordPress. It is a free, easy to use, website builder, that doesn’t
need high IT skill. Actually, around 30% of the internet is built using
WordPress. There are a lot of nice looking, customizable designs to
choose from. The websites you create will be fast and responsive, and
there are thousands of add-ons to choose from.
I recommend the personal plan, which for $4 a month, will give you all of
the main features and themes, with 6 GB of storage, and your own
personal custom domain for one year for free.
A recommended system for invoicing will be ZOHO system. Its an all-in-
one busine suite, with a lot of functionality, but we only currently need
the invoicing feature, which is included in the free edition.
As for fleet management, one of the most reasonably priced systems for
cars' GPS tracking is BAWQ advanced tracking system, which offers the
device and installation with location history, alarm history, driving
mileage, and many other reports, for just 60 BD per year.
For attendance, I prefer using face recognition attendance devices over
using normal fingerprint devices, especially with the current corona
problems. A good device with face recognition, 5-inch screen, and 1000
users, can cost around 80 BD per device. For 1 branch we will need 1
device, so the total will be 80 BD.
