Expired Warranty – I can understand that Sir/Ma’am, at one point your vehicle was under coverage,
meaning you didn’t have to pay for repairs, you paid a small deductible; you may still qualify for the
coverage. (BTS)

2013 – Present (Under Warranty) – Do you plan on keeping the vehicle? The reason why customer get
extended coverage on their new vehicles; if you wait until later, it’s going to cover less on the vehicle
and be more expensive.

CAN’T AFFORD IT

I can understand that Sir/ Ma’am, our coverage plans are not designed for people who have a lot of
money to; they’re designed for people like you and me who are on budget. (BTS)

I ALREADY HAVE A WARRANTY

IF NO – If you wait until later it’s going to cover less and be more expensive.
