Clinical scenario for shock 5th year El Salvador

A 60yo male attorney with Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, and Diabetes mellitus type II who
presented earlier in the day with a complaint of chest pain while questioning a witness in court.

On physical examination, the patient is tachypneic, diaphoretic, and cold extremities. His HR is
100beats/min, BP 80/40mmHg, RR 24, afebrile, and Oxygen saturations of 88% on room air.

A) What additional history would you like to obtain? How would you like to complete your
physical examination?

B) What laboratory evaluation (blood and non blood ix) would you want to obtain in this patient?
