Hello everyone, I am LoC (Lord of Circus), today I will tell you about my health problem when I was 14.

At that time, because of being a couch potato and strong appetite for eating sweet food such as cake,
milk and so on, I got the obesity.

During that year, I was so disappointed about my appearance. Even someone told me “ You look like a
pig. Never thinking about how to lose your weight because it sounds like pigs can fly’ that made me feel
too stressful to do anything.

In spite of ridicule and prejudice, I seriously determined to lose my weight in three months. After
planning meticulously, I started my restricted diet. And amazingly only after two week my weight
decreased by 4 kilos. Although I initially was a 80-kilo boy, after three months on the diet I had
considerable changes and became a 60-kilo-boy. And now I feel very self-confident when going to
anywhere.
