CHAPTER I

Executive Summary

Business Description

Our Company name is FoodHub, located at Perez Boulevard, Dagupan

City. Can be easily spot near the Jollibee restaurant. Our company provides

safe delivery and transport services especially with our critical situation now,

transport services for various classifications of items without almost to no-

limits so people won’t need to go outside and leave their safety to buy their

goods. People can call us, use the software application provided by us, and use

our website online, they can also download our mobile app in their mobile

phones which is FoodHub App that is available in IOS phones and Android

phones. All of this with the help of our technology devices for an easy and fast

communication to the people. We will be sending either a motorcycle, a van, or

a truck depending on the type of delivery that can get the job done.

Cee Jay Lomibao will be the General Manager of the said business,

together working with Charlie Ignacio for Management and Finance and

Purchasing manager. Romar Lomibao as our software application designer and

Departure control with the credits of our own reliable employees for the job.

Business Goals

Our goal is to give customer satisfaction with our Excellent Customer

Service; providing our safe delivery methods, good quality of products as well

as our easy, fast, and accurate communication with the people using

technology. All of this can be done with our greatest effort and dedication.

Strategy

In order for a fast, safe, and efficient completion for a call. We’ll set one

of our best drivers for the objective along with the information given from the

customer depending on what they want to be delivered or transported.

Communication is an important part with the product so we set ourselves to

have the maximum efficiency that we can have by using our computers and

fast network for communication. Safety, Time, and Speed is our top priority for

both the drivers and the cargo, sending our appropriate drivers with the

vehicles provided by us for the objective. Upon completing the objective, this

gives us more time for the other calls that can be bulky. We’ll never know if

they’ll give us a hard job unless they call us. We are considered as error proof

as we trained our staffs before they get the chance.

We have a plan to grow our business into branches to different cities. This

adds more available positions for each and every branch. Having more mobile

vehicles for bulky transport service is a must for us in those certain cities.

a. Description of total market

FoodHub is a Nationwide Business which is composed of Luzon,

Visayas and Mindanao.

b. Industry trends

Buy local. Consumers want fresh local foods, fruits and Food other food

products. Various classifications of items can be delivered safely.

c. Target market

Our target market is around Perez Blvd. in Dagupan City. We will

introduce our business to the people online by using the social media

platform Facebook that people commonly apply for their personal

activities and by creating a page with it for our business. Providing our

software application for both OS platforms for phones. Designing a

website that is easy to use and understand for the users. Taking

advantage of the pandemic with good intentions.

Market Strategy

a. overall strategy

We aim to be the default transport of each and every company in this

country along with our efficient workers as well as the gears that we will be

using. This pandemic may be temporary but that won’t bring us down as we

have a far bigger goal than just solving that.

b. Pricing policy

Prices are should be based on SRP and be monitored for fair

pricing. Price of the delivery depends on the “size” of the delivery and the

transport that is going to be used.

c. Sales terms

1. ACCOUNT – refers to a record of primary and background information about

an individual or corporate customer, including contact data, preferred services,

and transactions with your company.

2. ORDER CONFIRMATIONS – A confirmed order can only be amended or

modified subject to the written consent of the Vendor (new order confirmation).

3. DELAYS BY VENDOR – If the Vendor becomes aware that he will be unable

to meet the stipulated time of delivery, or that a delay on his part is likely to

occur, he shall without undue delay notify the Buyer in writing thereof stating

the cause of the delay and, wherever possible, the time when delivery is likely

to take place

4. DEFECTS – The Vendor agrees to make good all such defects as are the

result of faulty design, material, or workmanship by carrying out repairs or

replacement of the goods in accordance with the following paragraphs, but the

Vendor shall incur no liability to pay compensation as a result of such defects.

5. COMPLETIONS – Objectives or orders that are completed.

7. VEHICLE TYPE – The type of vehicle transport that will be used for the job.

8. MAINTENANCE – Needed action for either our technological gears or of our

vehicle transport systems.

d. Methods of selling, distributing and servicing products

We’ll be using the internet to dramatically increase our chances of

being popular. A good business is always known by many people.

Competitors

EZman – a fast-growing all-around delivery solutions provider that

launched in early 2019 in Dagupan City. Pangasinan.

Unla La – like EZman, this company offers the same service, it’s up to

the customer’s thinking which is which.

Boy Express – Boy Express is founded to bring the best delivery service

around the City.

Weaknesses and strength

- Popular in the internet, and they are fast growing companies

- Limited to only 10-20 kilos of items

- Lack of experienced drivers

- Errors often happens with the delivery and can cost you a lot

Strategic partners

Converge ICT - With the most powerful roster of internet services,

Converge provides the absolute premium digital experience. At home, in your

businesses and in the corporate world, we are the brand of choice. We use this

as a substitute for our internet connection. They are fast and very reliable and

never disappointed us.

Suzuki – We use one of their reliable vehicle transport, the 2019 Suzuki

Super Carry which offers the satisfaction we want in order to get the job done

with almost to none limits.

Hewlett-Packard – Using one of their reliable small form factor, and the

cheapest computer, the HP Compaq Pro 6300 Small Form Factor is one to get

as this is appropriate for the business. Using this for the accurate

communication with the customers is a go-get.

Google – Using their software applications, we can implement our own

software app to Google Play and a website to the Google Chrome.

People and Organization

Members of the organization

This includes Cee Jay Lomibao, Charlie L. Ignacio, Romar Lomibao, and

our Professional drivers.

Responsibilities

Cee Jay Lomibao – Is the general manager of the company FoodHub. A

strategic person who considers the “needs” of the people rather than the

“wants”.

Charlie Ignacio – as Management and Finance and Purchasing

manager. Making sure that the objectives are accurate avoiding information

errors. He also handles the financial information on the company.

Romar Lomibao – as our software application designer and departure

control with the credits of our own reliable employee. He dictates the objective

to the appropriate driver and their teams for the job.

Professional Drivers – The money won’t move without these professional

drivers. They are trained with proper discipline. Safety is their as well as our

first priority in our ways of handling the job.

Management

This provides a flow of our organization from the General manager to the

professional drivers.

Strength and weaknesses

Strength

- Professional drivers and their teams are trained before they

enter our company, making them error proof as much as

possible.

- Technology is our key to communication here. We’ve setup our

own system of communication in order to get a clean

information to get the job done.

Weaknesses

- We still have a small chance to have errors. Having these small

errors can make a huge impact on our time efficiency. Delays

can occur and unexpected changes in our financial status can

happen too.

- Drivers are hard to train as they are stubborn. So we lack

drivers for the desired job.

CHAPTER VII

Money and Feasibility

Budget – ₱15,000,000.00.

Startup budget – from the initial budget would start up with ₱15,000,000.00.

This include hiring of employee’s, Equipment’s for online services such as

computer units and internet connectivity, Development for main office,

Company Transportation and company insurance.

Operational budget – From a budget allocation of ₱ 5,000,000.00 insuring

good quality of services, and to avoid unbalance expenditure cost of Cash in

and Cash outs or to keep company stability.

Cash flow analysis – a commission rate of up to 5% for every product sold and

with addition charges for shipping fee. Shipping fee will depend on the item’s

weight, cost, quantity and distance. Discounts for newly costumers will be

given and massive or volume orders will be given a discount as well. Better

deals will be given to suppliers for income benefits for both parties. From the

marketing budget in company’s income, a deduction is occurred for payroll’s

release for paying employees, and additional funds for operational budget.

CHAPTER VIII

Implementation

Short term implementation plan

Our company plans to make a solution for the people’s safety when going

out of their homes in order to get their goods. We are taking advantage of our

situation right now for the better of every single people by using technology.

Long term implementation plan

Our company is still going to serve after the pandemic. A lot of people

probably won’t order from us to get their goods as they can leave their

respective houses without worrying anything. We still have various types of

items to be delivered nationwide as we still can see the people’s needs even

after the pandemic. We plan to be the default transport method for delivery of

each and every company there is in this country.
