Effective capacity is the maximum work that a business could do in a specific

period of time given by its maintenance, break time, handling the products where it is
intended to be, and more. However, in Actual output, knowing that it is less likely to
produce output due to machine problems, shortages of materials, or other outside
factors, the result is expected to be lower in terms of its output. In relation to the
problem, it said that the computer repair service has a design capacity of 80 repairs per
day. Meaning, it could repair 80 times per day as it is designed to be like that.
Therefore, there must be problems with regards to scheduling. The manager should
plan for time management and utilization to increase the desired repairs per day.
