2. At the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Corporation held on December 14, 2020 at
its principal office, during which meting a quorum was present and acting throughout, the
following resolutions were unanimously passed:

company’s first fleet of three trucks .

RESOLVED FURTHER, That Ms. Louise Tiglao be

authorized to deal and sign all instruments, or to do any and all acts
