ORDER

Mr   Meka Venkata Ramakrishna, Advocate is present for the Appellant [Vodafone Cellular
Limited] in Cyber Appeal No.1/2014. He also represents R-5 in Cyber Appeal No.4/2014.   

Mr  Abhimanyu Gupta, Advocate represents the Appellant [ICICI Bank Limited]  in Cyber Appeal
No. 4/2014.

        Respondent, Mr. Sanjay Govind Dhande is present in person for himself and for the remaining
respondents.  As directed by this court on 10.9.2018, the Appellant [Vodafone Cellular Limited]
was required to file their rejoinder. The Ld. Counsel has informed that the rejoinder has already
been filed. Mr. Meka Venkata Ramakrishna, Advocate now seeks three weeks time to file the reply
in respect of Cyber Appeal No. 4/2014. Prayer has been opposed by the respondent.  In the interest
of justice, one opportunity is granted to the Ld. Counsel for the respondent to file reply.  Reply
must be filed before 23.10.2018.

        Fix 29th October,  2018 for further orders.
