Today we’re going to talk about mental health.
So what exactly is mental health?
Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and
social-well being. It affects how we think, feel, and act as we
cope with life, especially during these times where some
students have a hard time trying to cope up with life
specifically, school life.
Why is Mental health important?
Mental health is important at every stage of life, from
childhood and adolescence through adulthood and aging.
It is important because it can help you to:
a. Cope with the stresses of life
b. Be physically healthy
c. Use time productively
d. Explore your full potential
If mental health isn’t carefully taken care of the person who has
it will have a chance to increase the risk of having physical
health problems such as stroke, diabetes and heart disease.
