CITRIX WORKSPACE SOLUTION

 Summary
• This is a User Instruction Guide for our Startek Work At Home user.

• Please refer to the slides which provides the instructions to connect to the Citrix Workspace instance.

• The Users who needs to connect to the Citrix Workspace instance shall be notified by the respective Program Managers
through our Technical Account Managers.

• Users who has any challenges during the initial testing phase would need to connect with our IT GCC for assistance.

• User needs to raise ChangeGear ticket for IT related assistance..

 Citrix Workspace
• Logon to the below URL to download Citrix Workspace client Software

• https://www.citrix.com/en-in/downloads/workspace-app/windows/workspace-app-for-windows-latest.html

 Citrix Workspace
• Once the Citrix Workspace client is installed, User needs to type the URL https://startek.cloud.com and should Click on
”Add” button

 Citrix Workspace
• The user would get prompted for entering their Startek credentials.

• At the below prompt, user needs to enter their ts domain credentials.

• Username : ts\userfirstname.lastname

• Password : <User’s ts Domain Password>

• PS: Incase of incorrect credentials please connect with IT GCC for assistance.

 Citrix Workspace
• Post successful logon to Workspace, the user would have a Published Desktop assigned based on their Program. The
user should click on the Desktop ICON to connect to the Citrix VDI.

• Please wait while the Workspace client connects with the VDI instance.

• Please wait…while preparing Windows

• Yup… you have now successfully launched the Citrix Workspace VDI instance for the assigned client program.

• Please validate all your required applications and a happy Work At Home.
