Introducción

According to what was established in the exercise in the book, is to choose

three investment sectors based on different criteria such as the country
(Dominican Republic in this case), and the opportunity of growth. Here are
the three I choose:

 Solar Energy Technology

 Wind Energy Technology
 High-Speed Rail Transport

Solar Energy Technology

Energy is a really needed resource all over the world by every country that
belongs to it, is what makes everything work as it should, energy is the
beginning of every operational job, and why not to invest in a innovative
kind of energy which is not only cheaper in the long term, because it is eco-
friendly.

Wind Energy Technology

As I explained recently, energy is vital to most of the work done on a daily

basis, so why to invest in to Wind Energy Technology? , because this is an
island where the cost of energy is rather elevated, so two new types of
energy that not only help you save a little money, but to help the planet in
the way is the right choice of investment. Aside from what I said, the
condition (environment and weather), of the country is very formidable for
both the Wind Energy Technology and the Solar Energy Technology.
High-Speed Rail Transport

Dominican Republic is one of the islands with most people in the world,
which means a lot of movements in a daily basis (transportation), so why
not to invest on a High-Speed Rail Transport, but not only for the use o the
citizens, but to merchandise transportation. The improvement it would
cause in the way of traveling nationally would be huge, shorter periods of
time moving from one place to another, even to one city to another, rush
hours and also always looking at the eco-friendly way, because High-Speed
Rail Transport doesn’t waste too much energy due to its magnets systems.

Conclusion
Investing in eco-friendly and futuristic companies would be the smartest
choice, not only due to the earnings, because of the progress of the whole
nation at the same time.
