Project: Softener to Filter the water Supply in the Cistern Tank

This certificate will serve as a Limited Warranty Certificate for the supply & installation of
24x72 FRP Tank with Manual Control Valve for Softener Treatment with Brine Tank installed
near the location of the Cistern Tank. The warranty covers 3 months warranty on parts and
service installed by Meridian Water Corp.

Meridian Water Corp., hereby warrant that all labor and materials furnished and work performed
are in accordance with the contract documents and are free from defects due to defective
materials or workmanship for a period of three (3) months from Date of Final Completion.

This warranty commence on Nov. 20, 2020 (Date of Final Completion) and expires on
February 20, 2021

This warranty does not cover the following conditions:

1. The warranty will not apply if damage, malfunction or failure resulting from alterations,
accident, fire, mis-adjustment of customer control, use on an incorrect voltage power
surges, acts of God, voltage supply problems, exposure to abnormal corrosive conditions
or entry of foreign objects in the product.
2. Tampering or removal of serial number.
3. Unit has been installed or serviced by anyone other than the duly authorized service
center/ installer.
4. This warranty applies only to the product in its original installation location and is voided
if the product is reinstalled elsewhere.
5. If the tank is vacuumed and damaged because of low or no water supply and pressure.
