Critical event of life

Brake up(Turning Point):

1. Always being criticized as immature.
2. Studying University is useless, better find a job earlier and gain more working experience.

Result-Mentally:
1. Mentally heart broke. Seems what I insist for a long time is being challenged. In a short period, I
have been thinking I really need to quit U and find a job.
2. Lost confidence of myself. I thought I was useless.
3. Depressed and low mood.

Result-Physicall:
1. Many pimples on my face.
2. Lost much more self-confidence.
3. Missing Piece of Life: U life / The most wonderful life period in my life as I don’t want to attend
many activities. Cannot fully enjoy U life.

Luckily I’ve met a group of good friends and colleagues in that period and we keep mutual support
and contact till now.
