We have been received complaints from consumers through social networks

about many wastes from the Suplevital bottles in the surroundings of the
factory

Causes and effects to the company

The root cause of many wastes from the Suplevital bottle is due to defects on
the part of the bottle supplier, increasing the number of failures in production,
which generates an increase in the waste from the Suplevital factory.
Also, that currently we do not have a bottle that can be recycled so that it can
be used for a recycling process.
This has caused the company to be affected in sales since it creates an image
against the environment and a lack of social responsibility

Possible solutions

First is important to establish an environmental responsibility policy that

includes:
1. Negotiation with the supplier to change the recyclable bottle.
2. Increase the sampling of the quality of the bottles to dispose of our
product so we will avoid failures in the production line an increase in
waste.
3. Contract a recycling company to guarantee the proper use of our waste.
4. launch of waste reclassification awareness campaign, recycling
activities.
