Nurse : How are you today?

Nurse : can you move yourself well?

Nurse : well, it’s time to help a bath. I will help you bath. is there any next of kin who will help you
bath?

Patient : well yes, it’s usually my sister. But she is out this morning

Nurse : no problem. I will help you. Do you have pain and any part of your body if you press or touch
it?

Patient : no, I don’t think so

Nurse : do you have any problem with your skin?

Patient : not really.

Nurse : where do you keep your soap?

Patient : it is in that drawer

Nurse : well, let me help you open your gown.
