Dear Ms. Dela Cruz:

This is to notify you that the Contract of Lease is bound to expire on July
30, 2020 pursuant to the terms and conditions of the aforestated Contract.
In this regard, kindly consider this letter as notice from the management of
VTI of its intention not to renew the lease.

However, due to humanitarian consideration and given the current

situation brought about by the pandemic, the management has decided to
give you an extension of the said lease for a period of three (3) months to
be reckoned from the date of the termination of the contract, i.e., July 30,
2020, to give you ample time to put all your affairs in order and allow you
to, at least, recover from your losses brought about by the recent
quarantine/lockdown.

Please feel free to contact me with any additional issues that you may have
regarding this contract termination letter.

Thank you for your invaluable service to the company as well as to the
riding public at the Sakay Na Terminal at Quezon City.
