Sub: Notice for Pre-bid conference on E-Tender for Empanelment of Inspection Agency
for Inspection of B-Twill Jute Bags

This has reference to the above referred E-Tender published on 02.01.2020 for
Empanelment of Agencies for Inspection B. Twill Jute Bags.

In this context, as specified in the clause ‘XXX’ of the said tender, a Pre-bid
conference will be held in the Office of the Jute Commissioner on 28th January, 2020
from 11 AM onwards.

Accordingly, interested & prospective bidders are hereby requested to attend the
said meeting as per schedule mentioned above, for seeking clarification/ information on
the matter, if needed.

It is reiterated that attending the said conference is not mandatory and not
attending the said conference will not disqualify any bidder.
